the hotel located near everything made exploring so simple. the staff always offered warm smiles and quick assistance. i found the renovated rooms good, especially liked its design. the sky train offered a practical transportation right to the hotel.
The bathroom lacked some basic amenities. There wasn't enough cutlery. this made it a bit less convenient when i wanted a small snack in my room. i did ask for more items.

the breakfast had a large buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. fresh fruit was available. the attentive staff provided taxi when needed.

My room offered a gorgeous view, showing the far mountains. i also found a very convenient rental kiosk on the ground floor of the hotel. cleanliness felt very good. This made a comfortable relaxation after each day exploring.

the location is central, it is about a 5, 7 minute walk to canada place. robson street and coal harbor are also close. i really appreciated that our room was spacious and clean, it was a king room with a city view.
i would categorize my stay as not perfect. the staff acted unprofessionally to me. given my experience, i would think twice before recommending this to anyone. i expected much better from a premium brand.

The king room had a balcony. it included city views. the room also featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the bed very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. It added peace of mind. the staff provided prompt assistance. I appreciated that.
